Richard Fennell
Richard Fennell was working in London at the
same time as Thomas Tompion and Daniel Quare. A number of his fine
clocks are illustrated in standard reference books, and held in museum
collections. His workmanship is of a consistently high standard yet
is not as commonly encountered as his more famous counterparts.
Baillie records: Richard Fennell of London (Kensington) working before 1669. He was a member of the Clockmakers Company 1679 – 1705. |
